Athlete Video Series Episode #4 – How to Hip Hinge & Progress to a Deadlift

This week there was a particular amount of ruckus going on at Inner Athlete Headquarters so some editing was in order.

In fact, unlike any other Athlete Video Series before there was more than 1 take! It just so happens that every take that was shot produced more and more background noise. No matter, since iMovie is so awesome I was able to cut and dim the background noise a bit.

Joe’s wouldn’t be able to adapt and not do a video this week, Pro’s rise to the challenge!
